Aloe Vera is a succulent plant, ie, it is a plant-scale water storage so that it can adapt to the arid climate. In the leaves, a transparent material such as quartz is found. The steps to prepare the Gel
Wash your hands before you handle the aloe Vera plant. This is so that it lasts longer.
First cut an external, full-grown, mature leaves from the plant, leaving about an inch from the bottom. Keep the leaves in a vertical position and exit the plastic that comes out of it. Wash the leaves.
Peel the green skin of the leaves. Make sure you cut / cut edges of the leaf spines before you peel away the skin.
With a spoon or knife, give the gel inside the leaves contain.
Now stir the gel in a blender for a few seconds to bring a uniform consistency. If you mix the excess gel, unity becomes liquid.
To make the gel more effective and to preserve it for a quarter cup of aloe vera gel, you can add:
• Powder 500 mg vitamin C
• 400 IU of vitamin E
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
Vitamin E and vitamin C helps in preventing discoloration of the gel and increase its longevity.
Alternatively, you can soak some fenugreek seeds overnight. Then, when you mix the gel, you can also add soaked fenugreek seeds and grind them along with it.
Aloe Vera Gel Dandruff Cure
Apply this gel on your hair and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash your hair. You may or may not apply a shampoo afterwards. And again for the best results.
Aloe Vera Gel and Fenugreek Seeds
As mentioned earlier, you can mix Aloe Vera gel with fenugreek seeds. Apply this mixture to your hair. This will help in getting rid of the mushrooms gently and unwanted hair. The result will be a bouncy hair, not sticky, and beautiful.
